Meals

Included with your registration is a variety of meals and snacks! Breakfast, lunch, snacks and beverages will be provided on both days of the conference. Please note: Lunches on Thursday and Friday will be a plated meal; please email board@ohspra.org if you have a dietary restriction by April 11, 2025. 

Thursday evening OHSPRA is hosting an informal social at the Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris Hotel. Hot and cold appetizers will be served, soda, wine and beer will be complimentary. Register to attend the evening social: https://www.ohspra.org/event-5889299

Thursday, April 24, 2025

9:00 a.m. - Breakfast 

  • Market-Style Seasonal Fresh Fruit

  • Freshly Baked Pastries – Danish, muffins, and croissants

  • Assorted Individual Fruit Yogurt

  • Scrambled Eggs – Served with cheddar cheese & salsa

12:15 p.m. - Plated Lunch

  • Parmesan Encrusted Chicken with Honey Dijon Cream 

  • Market Salad Spring Mix, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Red Onions with Balsamic Vinaigrette or Ranch Dressing (GF)

  • Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple Glaze (GF)

  • Herb Roasted Redskin Potatoes (GF)

  • Warm Rolls with Whipped Butter

  • Red Velvet Layer Cake 

Vegan/Vegetarian Lunch Option Available upon request before April 11, 2025: 

  • Vegetable Stacker: Quinoa, Marinated & Grilled Portabella Mushroom, Eggplant, Roasted Bell Pepper, Zucchini, Summer Squash, Pickled Red Onions, Basil Oil, Balsamic Glaze 

  • GF Option: Plain chicken breast

Friday, April 25, 2025

Assorted drinks, including coffee, iced tea, and all bottled/canned beverages, will be available at all times throughout the conference.
