Meals

Included with your registration is a variety of meals and snacks! Breakfast, lunch, snacks and as well as coffee, iced tea, and a variety of bottled and canned beverages will be available throughout both days.

Any dietary restrictions will be collected during the registration process, please email board@ohspra.org with any questions.

Breakfast | 9:00 AM

  • Seasonal fresh fruit
  • Freshly baked pastries including danish, muffins, and croissants
  • Individual fruit yogurt
  • Scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese and salsa
  • Seasoned breakfast potatoes
  • Applewood smoked bacon and breakfast sausage
  • Beverages including juice, coffee, and hot tea

Plated Lunch | 12:00 PM

  • Roasted airline chicken breast with herb-infused oil (GF)
  • Caprese salad with heirloom tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil oil, and balsamic glaze (GF)
  • Green beans with red bell peppers
  • Garlic whipped potatoes (GF)
  • Warm rolls with whipped butter
  • Classic cheesecake with raspberry sauce

Vegan/Vegetarian Option (If selected during registration) 

  • Vegan chicken cacciatore with white rice and vegetables in a tomato and herb broth

Achievement Awards Mixer | 1:45–2:15 PM

  • Fresh vegetable crudité
  • Baked pita chips
  • House-made onion dip
  • Roasted garlic hummus
  • Tzatziki
  • Non-alcoholic beverages

Stems and Sips Evening Social | 6:00–10:00 PM

  • Beer, wine, and soda available during the social
  • Slider station featuring cheeseburger, cheesesteak, and caprese sliders
  • Pasta station with rigatoni, meatballs, and vodka cream sauce
  • Flatbread station with BBQ chicken and margherita options
  • Additional small bites including crudité, antipasto skewers, fried ravioli, and spring rolls
  • Assorted dessert bar

Friday, April 24, 2026

Breakfast | 9:00 AM

  • Danish, croissants, and muffins
  • Assorted breakfast breads with butter and preserves
  • Beverages including juice, coffee, and hot tea

Plated Lunch | 11:45 AM

  • Chop salad with mixed greens, vegetables, bleu cheese, bacon, and apple cider vinaigrette (GF)
  • Grilled chicken breast with blistered tomato relish (GF)
  • Roasted broccolini
  • Herb roasted redskin potatoes (GF)
  • Warm rolls with whipped butter
  • Chocolate layer cake

Vegan/Vegetarian Option (If selected during registration) 

  • Vegan chicken stir fry with white rice, vegetables, garlic, ginger, and sesame

Afternoon Snack | 1:30 PM

  • Assorted chips, pretzels, popcorn, candy, granola bars, peanuts, and trail mix
