The conference will take place at the Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris Hotel at 409 Altair Parkway in Westerville on April 24 and 25, 2025.

A special group rate of $174 per night is available at the Renaissance Columbus Westerville-Polaris Hotel for those attending the conference. Attendees should note that the last day to book accommodations is Wednesday, April 2, 2025, or until the room block is full.

*Please note the room block is full for Wednesday, April 23, 2025 but limited rooms remain for Thursday, April 24, 2025. Rooms remain for both nights at the standard rate by contacting the hotel directly.
